Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of nomadai.ie and any pages or services we operate that link to them. They don’t replace the engagement letter, statement of work, or training agreement you sign when you actually hire us — those documents govern the work itself.

• The site is provided as-is. We change, add, or remove pages and content without notice.
• You’re welcome to read, link to, share, and quote our public content for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
• Please don’t scrape or bulk-download the site for resale, train models on it without permission, or attempt to disrupt the site or access non-public areas.
• Don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

• Articles, case studies, and research notes are written for general information. They aren’t legal, financial, or technical advice tailored to your situation.
• We may reference third-party products, frameworks, or studies — those references aren’t endorsements and we don’t guarantee their accuracy.
• The site sometimes describes work in progress. Pricing, product details, and methodology can change.

• When you submit a form — audit request, contact, newsletter, or booking a call — the data goes to our internal CRM. See the Privacy policy for what happens then.
• Booking a free audit or intro call doesn’t create a contractual obligation on either side. Engagements start once we both sign an agreement.

• The Nomad name, logo, and marketing copy are ours.
• Original work we publish (blog posts, research, illustrations) is © Nomad Ireland Ltd unless otherwise marked.
• Third-party trademarks, screenshots, and logos appearing on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

• Training programmes, consulting engagements, and custom builds are governed by a separate signed agreement.
• Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Pricing shown ("from €500", "starting at…") is indicative until quoted in writing.

• We provide the site without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
• We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
• These limitations don’t exclude liability that can’t lawfully be excluded under Irish law (for example, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be heard by the Irish courts.

We update these terms when we change something material. The "last updated" date below tells you the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change is your agreement to the new terms.
