Our work with Skillnet Ireland and individual Skillnets is a big part of that story. Subsidised, sector-relevant training means firms can experiment without betting the farm. We design sessions around real documents and real workflows — not abstract toy problems — so attendees leave with something they can use on Monday.
We also spend time with voluntary and public-sector adjacent networks where procurement and governance move slowly. The pitch there isn't 'move fast and break things'; it's map your obligations first, then introduce automation where risk is understood and owners are named.
Getting a 'first taste' often starts with a single workshop or a strategy call. Once teams see what's possible with the tools they already have, the conversation shifts from 'should we?' to 'where do we start?'. That's the transition we're here to support.
