The Irish Centre for Business Excellence exists to help member companies raise their game, productivity, workforce development, and benchmarking across several Skillnet networks. When the topic on everyone’s agenda became AI, ICBE needed to speak to it from experience, not from a slide.
That meant getting its own team genuinely fluent with AI and equipped with the right tools, properly set up and supported, so the organisation could lead its members rather than learn alongside them.

AI training
We trained the ICBE team on working with AI day-to-day, the craft of prompting, where it helps, and where to be careful, grounded in their own work rather than generic demos.
Managed Claude seats
Nomad provisions and manages Claude seats for the team as their Claude partner, handling setup and governance, in one monthly relationship so adoption keeps building instead of fading.
